흡입성 분진, 입자를 채취하는 reusable inhalable sampler

ZA0300은 작업자의 코와 입으로 흡입될 수 있는 분진, 입자, bioaerosol 노출 평가에 사용하는 reusable inhalable sampler입니다.

Inhalable Fraction

2 L/min personal sampling 조건에서 100µm 50% cut point 기준의 inhalable fraction 채취에 사용합니다.

Reusable Cassette

molded conductive plastic 구조의 reusable sampler이며, 25mm membrane 또는 fibrous filter를 사용합니다.

Method Applications

ACGIH inhalable particulate matter, NIOSH 5700, MDHS 14/3, MDHS 25/3, MDHS 6/3 등 흡입성 입자 평가에 적용됩니다.

Selection Point

ZA0300을 선택하는 경우

일회용 sampler보다 반복 사용 가능한 구조가 필요하고, 25mm filter를 사용해 흡입성 분진 또는 bioaerosol 노출 평가를 진행하려는 경우 적합합니다.

Filter 구성

25mm membrane 또는 fibrous filter를 cassette에 구성합니다.

호흡 영역 장착

작업자 셔츠 칼라 등 호흡 영역 가까이에 sampler를 장착합니다.

2 L/min 샘플링

personal sampling pump와 튜빙을 연결해 2 L/min 조건으로 채취합니다.

실험실 분석

채취 후 filter 또는 cassette 시료를 실험실 분석에 사용합니다.
